"We had reserved a family room for five nights, but due to a delay on our flight from Manchester, we missed our connection in Amsterdam and consequently our first night at the hotel. We informed the hotel of our situation, and they were very accommodating. The family room was exceptionally spacious and well-equipped. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay; the hotel was spotless, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of choices. The location was ideal, being just a short walk from the shopping centre, pubs, and restaurants. As my family resides in Ålesund, we look forward to visiting them again and will certainly choose to stay at the Thon Hotel once more."
