"Gostamos muito da hospedagem a equipe foi extremamente solicita, sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar, Sr Adelar muito dedicado e atencioso, Sr Marisa super gentil deixando tudo sempre limpo e organizado, o café da manhã maravilhoso teve um bolo especial e a Sr Rose até me deu a receita. Estar nesse hotel tornou a nossa experiência ainda melhor, além que ele é bem bonito, o chuveiro perfeito com água bem quente e forte , algumas pequenas avarias que existem estão sendo resolvidas. A próxima vez que voltaremos em Canela ficaremos no Flame ."

"Breakfast was a lot better last year and the year before, they have less hot food, no potatoes,, bread somedays seamed hard like it was made 4 days ago They do have an omlet maker but only ham cheese and tomato too put in. The rooms are really nice with a living room and 2 tvs in room. Pool is heated with an indoor that leads to outside. There is valet parking at $R50 a day"
