"Péssima experiência. A suíte não foi a que reservei, a recepcionista não encontrou minha reserva e me colocou em qualquer quarto. A tranca da porta estava em péssimo estado, comprometendo a segurança. A pia vazava, o ventilador fazia muito barulho, e o conforto é muito ruim: cama desconfortável, travesseiros finos e cabeceira estrutura de tijolo. Falta total de manutenção e organização. Não recomendo."

"The room temperature was perfect. The breakfast selection was impeccable. WIFI was not so stable, and the plugs were not international. The hair dryer is not FOR LADIES with long hair. "The stay was good for over night. I would just hope they focus on cleanliness a bit more. Found lots of hair that was long (I have short hair) all over room and bathroom. Once found a ball of hair and don’t even know where it came from.
Also it’s pretty obvious that they water down the shampoo to make it last longer. Pump into hand and all of it leaves hand immediately.
Focus on guest experience more. "

"Breakfast was good, and the staff preparing and cleaning for it were also good. I can't say that the reception staff that register customers were good. I was very disappointed with the reception staff. They refused to help me with a problem I encountered with my registration. They claimed that it was caused by Expedia but I don't think so. Did not use the parking facility so I can't say anything about that."

"This hotel is ok. I’d say it’s a three-star at best. Our room had visible water damage on the wall near one of the windows where the plaster was actually crumbling. They never should be having guests in such a room. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The staff were polite but not overly friendly. The bathroom was ABSURDLY small.
