Vilano Beach hotel guide. La Quinta Inn & Suites hotel in Vilano Beach, St. Augustine

"Staff was extremely friendly. Room was clean but very dated. Could hardly slide open the door to balcony. Popcorn ceiling was literally falling off of the ceiling. Mini fridge was rusted. Complimentary breakfast did the job but it was always a chicken sausage and egg white type breakfast. Location was very convenient and close to the beach. Honestly expected a little more from a Hilton brand hotel."

"The location is perfect, close to the historical site. The cleaning staff could be friendlier. We passed 3 and no good morning or smiles. Same as the staff during breakfast. The biggest thing I didn't like was waiting for the checking in till 4pm. Especially when you are driving a long way you just want to go to the hotel and rest. You check in at 4pm and check out by 11am. That is not enough time to use any of the facilities that you offer. Overall the the hotel was clean, not noisy and adequate."
