Dopo due ore di attesa siamo entrati nell’appartamento che aveva un water e un bidet non funzionante, pulizia discutibile in tutto l’appartamento. Allego le foto per illustrare la situazione. "Great location. Very clean. One thing which did let this stay down was the fact that we didn’t receive any check in/access information. As the booking said ‘staff would greet at front desk’ we didn’t worry too much. However there was no front desk so we were a bit stuck and had to call the provider. Otherwise a great stay. "
