"Stayed 1 night here in May 2026. Location was good, within walking distance of train station, restaurants, and Lake Geneva. Received email during stay that air conditioning wouldn’t be activated “from mid-May onwards” for environmental reasons. We stayed at the end of May and A/C was still not working. With temperatures of 30 C during the day, the room was quite warm at night. It would have also been helpful to receive Geneva transport card prior to stay instead of after check-in so we...

"Great location a few minutes walk from the central train station. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Tram stop is directly out the front. Within minutes of booking, I received an email to download free transport around Geneva (boat, tram, train). This was really useful. Room was spacious and clean. Would stay again when next in Geneva."
