"An okay stay however if any issues, the receptionist are somewhat unbothered and only willing to help when convenient for them. Breakfast is quite the let down with minimal options. The hotel although given a 4 star does not operate as one. At best it is a 3 star hotel but given the pricing relative to other hotels in Bologna, I guess it’s okay"

"Avoid this hotel. Experience was terrible. No parking. Access street was a one way street had to drive in circles to get there. Room dirty. no tv services. was woken up at 3am from the extremely loud guests they put in the room next to me. they guest were never quited from the staff after i had called 3 times... the people in the room next to us was incredibly loud and obnoxious from 345am thru 630 am when we dicided we would have to find a new hotel to goto get some sleep. this hotel didnt...

"It’s a long walk into the city, approximately 3k. The road is incredibly busy and the bridge over the railway lines difficult to walk over each time. I did so on 11 occasions on a 3 night stay. The hotel appeared under staffed at peak breakfast time. It was very difficult to find a cleared table."

"A few minute walk from the train station this hotel has all that you would need. My mother and I stayed and opted for a two twin room. Although there wasn’t a large menu, we did eat diner at the hotel restaurant. I used the fitness facilities, although a small space it had free weights, a rack, cable machines, cardio equipment, and more. There was a lovely looking pool as well. We had the buffet breakfast which was plentiful. Loads of healthy options. We would stay again! Staff were polite...

"I have traveled to Bologna on quite a few occasions over the past 40 years....and this is the one place I can't imagine not staying at next time I visit. Historic building, beautiful views, lovely accommodations, wonderfully located, delicious breakfast - and most of all, a truly special host. One caveat, there are stairs (though the owner will take care of baggage), so if you are mobility restricted, you would need to take that into consideration."

"very noisy DJ night stay until 11pm. lots of people in the balcony and my room was facing that courtyard. after a very tiring bike trip, i aimed to eat something quick at the bar only to find a timy cordon bleu sandwich for €4€ good wifi, good shower, comfortable dorm, but the noise killed the nice atmosphere"
