"I was very pleased with the included meals and pleasantly surprised to receive the 3 included drinks from the bar for each evening of my stay. Staff was excellent, rooms very nice with hot water on demand. Nice selection of pillows. I forgot my bathing suit but I know I would have enjoyed the hot tub immensely."

"The Beds were very comfortable. The hotel is under construction and our room had not been cleaned well since they did work in it. The floors were dirty. The bathroom had drywall powder all over the floor and door handled The shower had dirty workman prints all over them The breakfast was subpar The best part was the warm cinnamon rolls. Our room had good airconditioning."

"I stayed at this property a second time after such a great experience the first time. This last time was absolutely appalling to me! I checked in late very tired and ready to rest, even taking a shower I noticed in the bathroom there was a towel hanging on the door that had already been used no big deal because there still the right amount of clean towels. After showering finally getting in bed after laying for a couple of minutes I keep feeling crumbs on my legs and feet I tried to like dust them off with my feet and keep on to sleep but then I start itching and still feeling crumbs so I get up and cut on the flash light and notice a bunch of black pieces of hair and just crumb particles not sure what they were. My husband has t got in bed yet on his side so I go over and Che k his and notice the exact same thing! I instantly try calling the front desk no answer at this point it’s 3am we’re tired there’s nothing that can be done so I send a message to the hotel and use one of the covers on top of the comforter to put on bed and get some sleep! I wake up to phone ringing at 8am but no sound actually comes out, housekeeping banging on the door even though we have late checkout then when I finally check out the front desk staff lets me know they responded to my message that I sent on Expedia I check it and they of course are sorry for the inconvenience but will not be refunding or offering any compensation for their mess up ! Then on top of all that my husband has flea bites !"
