"Everything was amazing EXCEPT the elevators vibrated and everyone was a little nervous. The door to the wheelchair accessible hotel room was too heavy. Very hard to open. Everything else was perfect"

"We always enjoy our stay here, great staff, great amenities, very comfortable, clean pool, nice hot tub, etc. The only problem we had this time was no bathtub in the room. We needed to bathe a child prior to surgery and there was only a shower in our room, our child does not tolerate showers. "

"No. I was given the wrong room I originally booked. They mixed up my name with someone else's name. The bed was comfortable the room was good but it wasn't what I originally booked. They said it was expedia's issue not theirs. "

"It's cheaper than most motels in the area, but not the best deal. Side door didn't work, only found out when we had to haul stuff back around the front. Room was clean, but no mini fridge, no microwave, the room was freezing with cold air blowing from the vents and no changing the thermostat made any difference. Went to take a hot shower, the hot and cold are switched sides on the tub faucet, but even then water only got lukewarm at best. Toilet flushing sounded like it was going to explode....

"Advertised as sleeping 6 the sofa bed mattress could use updated. Very uncomfortable for children. The pool is ok but grout could use some work and hot tub floor is a chipping and a little rough The Queen beds were great! Breakfast was great!"

"There is no open pool or hot tub they no longer provide breakfast the rooms are not very clean and they only provided 1 bar towel 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth as well the room looked ran down the microwave didn’t work the stag which they are understaffed looked overwhelmed and the matince man looked intoxicated and didn’t seem to have the skills for the job very dissatisfied with the stay "
