"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Hospitality was great by most of the staff. Reception every evening was a highlight! Breakfast was always hot and we'll supplied! Our room was spacious and very comfortable! Clean room and welcome area. Parking is plentiful and safe. We enjoyed the shuttle ride to the nearby mall. Driver is particularly friendly and helpful!"

"Family of four, girls are 9 and 14. We go to different great wolf lodges. This one wasnt bad, two attractions were closed temporarily due to kids puking. Be present with your kids, go on the water slides, tube the lazy river, get smoked by big waves in the wave pool. Sad seeing all the parents on their phone then we are dealing with the kids behavior with no parent around. No hot tub here unfortunately. Best GWL hot tub is in Traverse City, MI. HUGE adult hot tub and even a decent size family one. Smaller park in TC overall but dig the tubs after freezing in the park."

"Blood stained sheets not discovered until AFTER sleeping in the bed - was then accused of tampering with the smoke dector - I don't even smoke - blamed for the dirty linens and not given my deposit back. Will never stay with them again. Avoid at all costs this location."

"This is a barely upgraded super 8 at best. Mold in the shower cracks in the walls and the carpet was coming up."

"Not against the hotel but Expedia misled us. Room was stated to have a separate “guest bedroom” and it did not. It also did not disclose that the pool is not only closed but will be closed for the year. It’s one thing to have it broken time to time but if it’s closed for the year that should be disclosed. "
