"The building itself was beautiful, clean and i absolutely loved the hotel smell ! Staff was kind, warm and hospitable! Parking was easy to come and go as I pleased. The only drawbacks were: The laundry room of 1 and 1, smelled terrible. Like mildew and dirtiness. The air conditioner vent was extremely noisy and it was hard to stay asleep, as it was very loud screeching noise. You can also hear starting at 8 am, banging, each morning as though work was being done in the room next door. The refrigerator did not work, it did not get cold. There was only tea cups, not coffee as advertised. We love Sonesta just wished it wasn’t so noisy! Thank you :)"

"Great location. Friendly staff. Nice large room with balcony. Would have been better if parking were more affordable but we found somewhere a couple of blocks away for less. Would also have been great to have breakfast included but again we were central and had lots of options available. A great stay. Would recommend."
