"Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us."

Perfect stop-over en route to Bilbao. Easy to book, staff very communicative prior to arrival via website. Smooth and efficient check-in. Room clean , comfortable and facilities great. Good menu in restaurant for tasty evening meal. Buffet breakfast available at 7am, great choice of food before timely departure. Staff and all services excellent. Would definitely book again, and recommend to others.
