"Nous avons dû hausser le ton pour obtenir un lit pour notre fille d’un an, car il n’y avait pas de lit parapluie dans cet hôtel. Cette information n’est d’ailleurs indiquée nulle part. Le parking est très souvent complet, et nous avons dû nous garer à l’extérieur de l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises. Le personnel reste néanmoins très attentif, disponible et gentil. La chambre était propre."

"The hotel is, really, a boutiqu hotel. I got a large room with a seating area..but that was about it. There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this). The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :) Also,ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed. I didn't not evidence of sheet refreshir even clean of desk :( Airconditioning was good. Hotwater...

"The property appears quite run-down and is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The washrooms are in very poor condition, with several broken fixtures, and some of the curtains in room are torn. The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond. Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. At breakfast, the dishes were not labeled, even though I noticed the food labels stacked nearby...
