"‼️‼️⚠️ The manager and staff are racist and rude! Very unprofessional! My stay and experience has turned me off to any future bookings. In 2026, on Juneteenth and being in town for a funeral I was treated like a criminal and had authorities called on me and my family. DONT BOOKK HERE GO TO THE HOLIDAY INN‼️⚠️"

"Clean rooms, large for a big family (expanded double queen room sleeps 6 comfortably). Two TVs in the space, kids don't argue! Staff were pleasant and checl-in was easy. There was a large outdoor event happening when we arrived, which was loud in our room (we faced the event), but it ended right when the staff said it would, right around 9 pm. Quiet building overnight, air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was included - pancake maker broken, but sausage, eggs, hash browns and French toast,...

"Concrete floor sank like 2 to 3 inches and I rolled my ankle as soon as I walked in , because I was looking at the stains all over the carpet. Blood flung on the curtains. Something spilled in the fridge then to the floor and was never cleaned up. Had to toss all my things that was in the place. Bugs that I couldn't see was biting me all over. Can't believe it has such a good review. No damm way that is close to being right !!!"

"The staff was great. The room was clean. However… the toilet ran and the sink was clogged. When maintenance came, they must’ve thought the toilet was clogged because I could tell they had plunged it and left a mess behind doing so. They unclogged the sink and left the snake on the floor for me to pick up."
