"The property was as described, except for the AC not working when we arrived. There was not any advance communication about the air, though the property processed full payment prior to our arrival. We were provided the notice that the air was not working at the end of the check-in process. Additionally, we were advised that the air was fixed later in the evening but the room was still warm throughout the night. The next morning when I notified the front desk that the room was still warm I was advised that maintenance should have been by to reset the thermostat. The front desk staff reset the thermostat following my inquiry.
Throughout our stay there were guest complaining about not having air. Communication and response to this matter was not handled properly."
