I think for the most part this hotel try their best to accommodate, the staff is professional and friendly. Enjoying my stay 10 min from all resturants

I liked the fact that the room was clean. The bedding was comfortable and very clean. The Staff was very pleasant and helpful. It would have been nice to have some dishes, silverware, and pots/pans in the kitchen.

It had the bones to be a nice place, but no care given to the physical property. The lone person working the desk was quick and attentive, but clearly was not given much to work with. The inner hallway smelled and could use new carpet and paint. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and needed patching and painting, a serious deep cleaning, a new refrigerator that actually worked, drain in tge tub was broken, peeling formica in bathroom, a remote for the TV. There was zero decorative accents anywhere in the building. And yet it was $100/night.

Worst hotel we have ever seen in 20 years of traveling. Cockroaches in the rooms, dirty towels on the floor, junk and garbage outside the property. Avoid this place at all cost.

I had a great experience at Springwood Motel in VA. Rhonda was amazing and very helpful throughout my stay. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They were also very accommodating with any requests I made, which made my stay feel comfortable and easy. I really appreciate their hospitality and would definitely recommend this motel.

The A/C filters were very dirty. The room smells musty. The floor, and sink dirty. Had to clean the floor and filters to be able to shut my eyes. Got sick afterwards, needed antihistamines. All the family members in the room were sneezing with stuffy nose.

Literally had ROACHES in the rooms. We switched three times before finally checking out. Multiple roaches. The staff does NOT clean unless you’re staying for a month. It was HORRIBLE I wouldn’t refer my enemy to stay here!

Not bad for the price. I’did got cleaning supply and clean the room and that help to remove the smells of smoke or what ever that was. I know the person after me will be happy to get that room so nice and clean and left it smelling so clean .

Booked two queen beds showed up they don't have the room available have to get second room so we have two beds. They did discount the rooms for us but It's still a problem planning a trip weeks in advance then showing up and finding out how you set things up to deal with potential additional travelers suddenly doesn't matter. There were small bugs/roaches in both rooms.

There were cockroaches in the room everywhere and the elevator was broken and wouldn’t go down. You had to hit the up button and go up to go down. The manager didn’t even care when I told him what was going on and kind of blew me off. And they never refunded the money for the stay, which is crazy. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

My room had roaches in it. The staff woke me up a day early and made me leave come to found out I had another day left. After I left they charge my card $400 and didnt explain to me why they did it. Now im currently waiting for the amount to either post or go away. My experience was ok until the end. My dog was allowed
