"We had a very nice stay at the Radisson Blu Otomari Hotel in Istanbul. The reception staff did a great job handling and clearing up a small confusion regarding the omission of breakfast, which was included in our reservation. Everything was resolved smoothly and professionally. I especially want to thank Gamze for her outstanding help—she was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. "We had to stay on the property quite a bit because we were there for medical Travel, and we enjoyed much of the hotel. We ate most dinners at the hotel restaurant, as well as used the connected hair salon and huge gym, all of which were excellent and convenient. We also loved the breakfast, especially my husband, Our room cleaner and other staff were all extremely kind and helpful. We had a great experience at Titanic Port Bakirkoy."
