"My complaint is actually with the website. The address of the hotel is not correct. It took me to a different part of the city in an apartment complex. I called the hotel for help but the operator was too busy checking people in to help. I figured it out from Apple Maps. When I got to the hotel the same person said she knew about the wrong address and would report it. Who knows?"

"This was a great place to stay on our trip to Utah. I slept so good, and being on the top floor helped! It was clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good too. Definitely a great place and at a reasonable price."

"I'm so glad there was 24/7 service available and the pool open late as I checked in late and really wanted to use the hot tub and pool eve though I also made sure to book a room with the jacuzzi. Breakfast was bare minimum but still good and quick. Would do again."

"My favorite Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed at. I live on the southern end of the state, but when work takes me to SLC, I always stay here. There are only two real complaints I have. 1.) The doors are very close together from room to room - and they're very noisy unless someone intentionally thinks to be respectful and close it quietly. 2.) If you're in a room close to the elevators, don't think of it as a great convenience - the doors do not do a very great job of obscuring sound. The...
