Остались очень довольны в целом. Персонал внимательный и вежливый, отель новый, везде всё очень красиво, чисто и аккуратно, кофе и чай на ресепшен бесплатно, завтрак включён, единственное, можно было бы разнообразить меню завтраков, предлагают всего 2 варианта на выбор - один по типу "здорового питания", второй вариант его полный антипод, получается, что даже скомбинировать нельзя - или зож, или антизож)))) В номере всё супер - дизанерский ремонт, только удивило отсутствие в душевой кабине полочек для средств гигиены - либо шампунь и всё остальное ставить на пол душевой кабины, что не очень гигиенично, либо каждый раз открывать двери душевой кабины, чтобы взять очередное средство с раковины, что очень неудобно делать в процессе мытья;)

Новый отель- с полностью новым интерьером, удобное месторасположение, персонал на ресепшн очень вежливый. Завтрак включённый в стоимость номера- полноценный заряд энергии с утра. Остался доволен проживанием!!!

Very nice staff!

Very good service (Even though they did speak limited English,its ok coz they use google translate and it was just fine) They allways helped us when whe asked and they were so nice to us. Nice resturant next to the hotel with frendly waitresses. Its a bit far from Volgograd but taxi rides is sooo cheap. But it was nice in this town outside Volgograd. The only thing that was not as good was the breakfast but otherwise i totaly rekomend this place. When we check out the hotel staff made sure we got to the right bus agency for our trip to Rostov on don.

中心都市からは遠いがとなり町の中心

ワールドカップの１次リーグ３戦目の応援に予約した。それが遅かったため遠い街に取らざるをえなかった。ボルゴグラードの空港に夕方に着きタクシーを機内預け荷物の受け取り場で申し込み２５００ルーブル（５０００円）でチケットを買った。ちなみにこれはコンフォートクラスで冷房なし。ビジネスクラスだと３５００ルーブル。もっと安いクラスはないのかと思ったが、コンフォートクラスは上位クラスではなく飛行機のエコノミークラスに相当する。ボルゴグラードの街までは１０キロほどだが、このホテルのあるボルシュスキー市スベルドロフ広場まではさらに４０キロほどある。タクシーの運転手に「どこまでも道がまっすぐだが、やはり（ドイツとの）戦争（で焼け跡になった）のせいなのか」ときくと、いやボルガ川沿いに道があるからだという。夜だったので位置関係がわからなかったのだが、ボルゴグラードの北東にあるという方向感覚だけは正しく、初日のタクシーで右側にあるのがカスピ海だと思っていたのはボルガ川で、二日目に橋を渡ったとき上流側に見えた海のように広い部分は単に川が折れ曲がって対岸が見えなかっただけだったことがあとでわかった。二日目にホテルのフロントに交通手段を尋ねると、バスだと１２３番で、マルトルーシュカでも１２３番とその他に２系統があるという。バスはワールドカップの期間IDカードを見せればタダで乗れて、マルトルーシュカでも６０〜１００ルーブルで乗れる。３０キロ以上の距離でこの値段は日本では考えられない。最初に着いたときは夜でわからなかったが、ホテルは街の中心広場の（少なくとも）一つに位置し、マルトルーシュカが１分間に何台も頻繁に発着する。人口は１０万〜５０万くらいか。ボルシュスキーの街を観光している人は私を除いて皆無だ。旅の醍醐味はこういうガイドブックにも載っていないところで『発見』することだ。具体的になにがあったかは、本人を特定させ本サイトの規約に抵触するおそれがあるので、ここでは述べない。しかし、ホテルに置いてあるパンフレットなどのオープンソースの情報を元にしただけで、主要な見どころはおさえることができる。朝食はバイキングではなく、予め決められた４つのメニューから選択する。着席したまま食事にありつけるので、長旅で疲れた身には助かる。成り行き上昼にホテルに戻ったとき昼食の営業もやっていて、この時間帯はカフェテリア方式だ。夜も（私は利用していないが）営業している。客室は奥の窓際が一段高くなったスペースでストレッチ体操するのにも十分だ。冬ならひなたぼっこもできる。今回は夏で連日４０度を超える暑さだったのでとてもその気にはならなかったが。

外国人に優しいホテル

ヴォルゴグラードでのワールドカップの観戦のために利用しましたが、値段も安くて朝食もつき、外国人に優しいホテルでした。ヴォルゴグラードから30分以上離れていますが、街中では味わえない懐かしい街のホテルでした。
