"It really was a beautiful and charming medieval property, but with all the modern comforts. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. "The is an old farm house, well maintained, on a working farm with a rooster, chickens, milk cows and incredible views. This is perfect if you want a stay in the mountains around Colmar and want to enjoy driving the roads and switchbacks around Les Voges and Hautes Rhein regions. The bad reviews are from people who expected a 4 star hotel, with room service, and no rooster to announce dawn in the mornings. The local almond croissants and cakes in Orbey were wonderful, & there is a fully stocked...
