"Very nice spa and area"

"The hotel was absolutely charming, with a warm ambiance set in a quaint rustic town—an ideal escape from the bustle of Paris. The rooms had a great vibe and view, offered quality amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a bit warm during our visit, so we really appreciated the in-room AC. The only drawback was our timing—visiting on a Sunday and Monday meant much of Obernai was closed, which made exploring a bit tricky. Still, it was a lovely overall experience!"

"J’ai demandé une annulation qui a été refusée le soir même. J’ai donc dû arriver à 1 h du matin. La chambre était propre mais nous étions déçue car sur les photos ça paraissait plus moderne. L’espace détente extérieur est calme. Et le personnel était sympathique. Par contre problème d’isolation dans cette chambre quand le voisin tirait la chasse d’eau un bruit étrange se faisait entendre dans notre chambre. "
