It’s inexpensive.
Staff (probably owners and family?) really helpful. The Motel is fairly old and well used, but the two rooms we had were scrupulously clean.
Plus side of age of property - for lovers of mid / late twentieth century kitsch architecture - we’re the fabulous one piece bath / shower mouldings.
There is an excellent Subway, an excellent grill / diner, and a small general store all within a couple of minutes walk of the Motel.

Doesn’t look like much on arrival but the warm welcome from the proprietor made us feel comfortable right away. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet and ensured a good night’s sleep.
