"From the minute we got to the hotel we could tell it was a quality place. Everything looked new and well-maintained, especially for a place that caters to children. The room was huge, plenty of space for a family of 4. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There's so much to do for the kids, they especially liked the scavenger hunt. "No cleaning without asking"

"Nice stay close to LEGOLAND and other Billund attractions. However room walls are very thin and you can hear the running water from other rooms and conversations at times. Box of Lego in the room was a big hit. No hot drink facilities in the room so plan ahead if needed. Also be expected to make your own bed and no room cleaning during your stay. Shop had lots of bits if you have forgotten to pack anything."

"I was extremely sick on my vacation. The staff at the reception, restaurant and facilities helped me to a doctor with a med transport, covered both ways, and lots of support and popsicles! Absolutely cannot thank the staff enough. Would absolutely stay here again."

"This property was clean and spacious. It was close enough to walk to some restaurants and a grocery store. The location is great if you want to access things in nearby Billund. It wasn’t exactly clear that there is no front desk at this hotel. It was fine as far as checking in and out, but made things unclear about the property. "Firstly, incredibly easy check in process. In and ready to go to our rooms in under two minutes. Secondly, lovely and clean rooms. The mattress was a little firmer than I'm used to, but I still got a great sleep nonetheless. Shower pressure could have been stronger BUT I still managed to get a satisfying shower. Thirdly, breakfast was delicious and the gluten free options were very good! Lastly, distance to the airport was incredibly short, so you didn't have to spend the whole day figuring out...

"I really wanted to like this place! But unfortunately it had too many problems. Started with being greeted by dead bugs on our beds, then trying to sleep on a rock hard bed. But the most frustrating might have been having to pay for electricity, our included electricity ran out in the model of the night so we woke up freezing and to room temp food in the fridge. On the last night we came home to a leak in the hot water tank and had a wet bathroom, so we had to keep the water turned off...

"There was a party until 3 AM at the hotel with loud dance music. We were unable to sleep, which is very unfortunate when you just travelled eight hours and six time zones to get there. We talked about this with management and they did nothing."
