Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was professional, helpful& friendly. Room was modern, clean, spacious with great bed & linens. Breakfast included has wide variety of healthy foods incl. cappucino machine :) Airport shuttle is a bit inconvenient. It has limited hours. Also, going to airport, shuttle does not stop at hotel entrance. You will need to walk partly around the building & wait at another curb. It was cold & raining, & since i was traveling from from a hot place(Egypt) I was not carrying an umbrella or rain coat."

Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Love the reception, coffee and electrolyte water dispenser, and especially the amazing staff who helped with computer issues for log-in on to the wifi, finding a running path, delivery of extra pillows and blanket, the room climate-control is fabulous for an airport hotel - the best I've experienced. Great access to the airport terminals, but incredibly sound-proofed rooms."

"I stayed here again after a wonderful experience last year and it was nice and the staff was kind as always. My only issue this time around was the noise with the construction happening on the property making it next to unbearable to take a nap after walking around the city. But getting a different room was so easy as the girl in the front made the process seamless and easy and she was understanding when I explained this to her, I really appreciated that especially with so many people coming left and right she was very intentional in her interaction with me and just demonstrated exceptional customer service. The only negative experience I had staff-wise was a member of the housekeeping staff who kept knocking at our door for us to get out of the room and he kept coming back until I found a way to tell him that we had a late check out, the misunderstanding and him coming back and forth was I guess due to the language barrier as he said he was from Afghanistan and spoke no English or French. Normally I would look past that but he was just extremely rude even after I explained everything to him. I don’t know how they manage these things but I hope there’s a system in place letting staff know who has late check out and ensuring they can communicate with clients because it was a let down after such a great overall experience. Nonetheless I appreciate the staff here for being so welcoming and ensuring our stay was comfortable!"
