"Lobby was really nice! The rooms look old, smell damp and the sheets and pillows smelled awkward. Shower sink was half clogged. Took awhile for maintenance to come. Room cleaning personnel were amazing but the lady on the front desk not that much."

"Excellent service at all hours. They have a phone number you can text whenever you need something for your room, and the staff is always quick to help or bring it to you. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views of the Arizona mountains that any tourist would love. My only negative experience was the service at the rooftop restaurant, which was terrible, but I don’t feel that reflects the hotel itself."

"Amazing stay from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the views were amazing. Everything felt top-notch. What really stood out was how quickly the staff responded whenever we needed anything or requested a service. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and our stay was amazing! About 5-7 minutes from the arena and stadium and it was in a nice secluded area. The overall stay was perfect loved all the feel of a mini apartment with the mini kitchen and the beds were comfy. It was very clean and will definitely be coming back our next trip here."
