The whole pool area was completely out of order!….. There was no pool or hot tub, they both needed to have maintenance done!…. But when I booked and paid for my room online they did not make mention anywhere online that their pool area was going to be closed and outta order due to needing maintenance ...

The Lodge at Van Hook
I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.
