"Overall, this was a great hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I also appreciated the variety of shops and restaurants located within the hotel, which made everything very convenient. The location is excellent, with the beach directly across the street.
The only issue during our stay was that the hot water went out one evening. After several unanswered calls to the front desk, I had to go downstairs to find out what was happening. When I asked about it, I was told, "Do you really need to take a shower now?" Considering it was 11:00 p.m. and I was staying at a hotel—not camping in a tent—I found that response disappointing and unprofessional.
Aside from that experience, our stay was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and overall quality."
