And by staying in the Kings' Land condos, you have your own kitchen and access to the large Hilton hotel and lagoon down near the public beach. Easy to get around, too. "

"Plan to do a lot of walking as the tram that takes you to the other hotels or units broke down twice during our stay so we had to walk from the ocean towers to the front lobby, which is far. But the artwork during the walk and the view was spectacular.."

"The condo was dated. 2” Ceramic tile counters kitchen and bath. Wall to wall carpet dirty. Old kitchen appliances. Limited kitchen ware. Expect to bring everything, salt, plastic wrap, supplies. No beach chairs. Patios outside were nice; views from all windows were exceptional. Pool was comfortable with lots of loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. We had no contact with any staff, except friendly gardeners. "

"This condo has a great location. Very close to the club house with a swimming pool facing the ocean and you can go to Hilton swimming pool. The carpet is a bit dirty and the amenities inside could have been more abundant for its price. We almost ran out of toilet paper, body wash, kitchen paper towel and there is no sugar. The host is very responsive. Overall we had a decent stay. "
