"Property is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in one of the ocean view suites. Rooms could use a little updating. Firepit did not work, furniture was old. At one point during our stay, staff set up a huge double white tent in front of our suite for one and a half days, completely blocking our view, as well as compromising our privacy. Apparently there was a wedding event, but the tent could have been set up in a different location. I did call to complain and the manager did remove all of the hotel taxes for the week that we were there."

"Magnificent resort. Family Paradise! Great for everyone. Has all the ammenities you could possibly want or need. Location is Perfect. Pools or Beach, take your pick, and walking distance to Whaler's Village. Plenty of Restaurants and shopping. Beach activities and resort classes. Something for Everyone!"

"Very friendly staff. The room was average size, clean, and had a balcony with 2 chairs and a side table. It was well equipped with all the basics including blow dryer and iron. We also received some lavender infused face towels and refillable water bottles. They gave a refillable water station in the tower lobby which is very convenient. The room keys are bracelets which is more convenient than a card. They have an onsite restaurant which was good, The gym features Pelaton equipment and is very well equipped. It also has a pickle ball court. Overall, there is nothing lacking and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Outrigger ruined this property! This used to be my go to resort in Hawaii. They pull scams now. Wanted an additional $3,000.00 claimed it was expedias error. They are under reconstruction and oversold is the real story. The pool is so out of balance it bleached our outfits. The staff seem miserable and unhappy. All the excursions they claim to have they don’t have the staff to support them. The ones they do have are 4 times the price. You can literally book them independently and save a ton of money. This place has gone to Hell. Never again!!!"

"This was one of the MY worst experience. I had to endure it for four days. The manager sent me an email on how to obtain the key via lockbox but did not tell me which was my room. The parking lot was full of potholes. The place has never been updated and looks it. There was no light at night so I can open the door it was touch feely time. The handle came off from the shower. No trash pickup for four days. No change of towels. Linen was shabby. The hair conditioner dispenser was empty. The floors have to be replaced from stains. The neighborhood was seedy and I would not walk there at night. The water pressure was nonexistent when someone used their shower or sink. Walls were paper thin and I could distinctively here others speaking. No tissues. I had to hunt for the hair dryer and iron. Ironing board was one of those tiny ones you place on a table. THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM WAS THE DAMN FERAL CHICKENS ESPECIALLY THE ROOSTERS ALL OVER THE PLACE. THE ROOSTERS STARTED THEIR SQUAKING AT 2 AM AND CONTINUED ALL NIGHT. The house next door even had a pen of fowl. DO NOT BOOK HERE."

"Grounds were beautiful. Easy walk to beaches that were perfect for snorkeling and sandcastles. The pools were so much fun. We had a lovely time and our grandkids had a blast! The rooms with an ocean view were so worth it!"
