The hot springs onsen was amazing. I wanted to stay more days because we were enjoying it so much. The noodle were tasty and the ice cream was refreshing after the onsen.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. Very accommodating and patient as I tried to practice my Japanese. Very convenient to Wakayama Station and many walkable options for dinner and shopping. Communal bath was a great amenity after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend and I would stay again.

客室も家族3人で一泊するには十分で清潔な印象です。廊下には喫煙所がありましたが、ドアが二重になっているようで、一切臭いが廊下に漏れる事もなく快適でした。また自動の製氷機とレンジも置いてあり便利でした。また大浴場の洗い場のシャワーがミストなど水流を変えられるようになっていて、みるみるお肌がつるつるになりとても気持ち良かったです。お風呂上がりに夜はアイス、朝は乳酸菌飲料が置かれていて、ちょっとしたサービスの積み重ねが大きな満足感に繋がりました。またお近くに行った際は宿泊させていただきたいです。

3連泊でしたが、朝食バイキングは種類が豊富でメニューが日替わりのものもあり大満足でした。夜食の無料ラーメンサービスや入浴後のアイス・乳酸飲料サービスも良かったです。温泉は少しぬるめでしたが、サウナやアメニティーも充実していて満足できました。 また泊まりたいです。

お部屋は新しくはなかったが、ベッドと和室に敷布団もひけるタイプでとても広く快適でした。近隣にご飯屋さんも多く、子連れでもいけるお店も多かったです。 温泉も気持ち良かったし、朝食も海鮮丼を作ったり桃ジュースがあったりご当地のものも楽しめました。また泊まりたいホテルです。
