"De lobby was kil en sfeerloos. Overal felwitte spaarlampen. Slechte acoustiek zoals in een grot. De suite was groot en met gigantische terrassen met zicht al om. Het bed was van goede kwaliteit. De afwerking van de suite liet te wensen over. Er waren overweldigend veel knoppen voor de verlichting (wederom witte spaarlampen). De afwerking kon beter. "The staff were the highlight of the stay! They were so kind and dedicated and took very good care of us! The hotel was good but I would just go back for the customer service, absolutely amazing!!!!"

The Golden Crown Hotel

"Feel cheated by both the Expedia as have done booking for 4 and taken half course which is break fast and one meal where as the voucher shows only for 2 adults. The worst part is property manager knew that the voucher had written 2 but they didn’t inform us that the meals are there for 2 only and when we checked out raised a bill for meals of $140 whereas I paid $80 already for the same . Wasted almost an hour and later have to pay $100 extra . Really sad part, it’s not about money but the conduct."

"There was no housekeeping drive in our room when we checked-in. The floor was dusty, there were insects , lizards , cobwebs , spiders and everything else you can imagine in our room. The staff was not at all cooperative. The quality of the materials used for construction in the room are very poor. Not at all value for money. Only the staff at the restaurant were friendly and accomodating. The air conditioner in the room also started leaking."
