Best hotel room during my stay in Germany. Lovely and friendly family run hotel. Just note there is no lift/elevator. Restaurant was nice and busy too.

Smart room with good amenities including mini fridge. Car parking in covered garage joined to hotel at a reasonable cost of €7 per day. Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly helpful staff.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast and a good restaurant. Very new and clean. But it’s a bit out of town so best with a car.

We really liked our room, it was modern, clean & the communal kitchen & complimentary bottled water was a plus. The beds were comfy and the room was well equipped for our toddler and baby, with a baby changing table, potty and step. The staff couldn't do enough to accommodate us, especially as my partner had a dairy allergy, they contacted the bakery for allergens and made him fried eggs as the eggs usually on offer contained dairy. Our only niggle (which the guest house can't do anything about)...

Excellent rural area but well connected by an hourly bus to Lake Titisee. Other services available if required Hotel is only a 20 minute mostly downhill walk to Lake Titisee but steep uphill back. Hence bus recommendation. We had a comfort room with a balcony big enough for 2 chairs supplied with cushions. Good size room. The mattress was a little hard for our taste. While a little dated, the room was clean, large and well appointed. We made good use of the excellent spa, pool and grounds. We ate at the restaurant and had, in my opinion the best meal on our 10 day euro motorcycle tour. A simple,but stunning 4 cheese pizza with a large weisbier. Perfect!

Had to stay one night ahead of the Schwarzwald Marathon. Very convenient, clean and friendly staff.

The hotel is on a main road around 5 KM from the town centre. It has the main road on one side and a small airstrip on the other. There is nothing really around it (No shops, bars, restaurants). I think the traffic noise from the road would be a problem if you're a light sleeper, so I would request a room at the back facing the airstrip. I think the hotel charges €5 extra for these rooms. The rooms are basic, but nice and clean. When I stayed it was very warm. There is no air-conditioning so...

All of the hotel was spotless, the staff were great and thier english was better than my german. When i return to explore the area more i shall defimatley stay here again 🙂

Superb place to stay, a really spacious and clean suite on the top floor. Bar/restuarant served superb food and a great breakfast. Nice quiet area and easy walk into the centre of Loffingen. Parking spaces are not abundant but there is plenty of parking in town a short walk away so no real issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Great room with cooking facilities. Owners super friendly and helpful. Little English but we communicated without issue on my limited German. Lovely area. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Great spot in valley above Schluchsee. Modern clean rooms. Breakfast was tasty for a continental spread. Dinner options were excellebt. Staff great, informative and kind. Would return!

Room with balcony was spacious enough for 4. Good food at the restaurant. Lots of choices at breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay. Staff were all friendly and nice.
