"Modern & spotlessly clean with good parking. We chose the apartment style room with a small kitchen which was really useful, the room was fairly small but sufficient. location is good as the old town and harbour are only a short walk away. The hotel sits on the Swiss side of the border which is 30 metres away but these days unmanned!"

"Wir waren als Familie für eine Nacht hier und hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Das Hotel ist ideal für Familien: Es gibt ein Restaurant direkt im Haus, einen coolen Streichelzoo, Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kids und sogar einen kleinen Teich.
Die Zimmer sind ganz normal und bodenständig eingerichtet, da ist eigentlich für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns aber ganz klar der große Wellness- und Spa-Bereich inklusive Outdoorpool.

"Perhaps most important: the room description is inaccurate. It says there is a hob/stove in the room and there is not. Nor is there a fridge. The room was large, which was nice, but only one chair for a two-person room and only one hanger in the closet. No hooks for coats. They use perfumed detergent or dryer sheets so all linens have a strong smell. Since I'm not used to this it made it difficult for me to fall asleep. There is extensive construction going on courtyard side, and as of Jan. 2026...
