"Es sollte ein Zwischenstop nach Hause als schöner Abschluss eines Urlaubs werden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und da wir schon mehrere Male am Hof Sudermühlen waren (Essen und spazieren, sowie eine Übernachtung auf einer Dienstreise) fiel die Wahl auf den Hof und die Vorfreude war groß. "We chose a place to stay because it said it doesn't allow pets. To our dismay, when leaving we saw that the room below us had a meduim sized dog. Also there were moth holes and stains on the curtains, a thick layer of dust on the door, mould in the shower area and crumbs on my pillow. Breakfast was lack luster and the whole place had an air of neglect. We were also disturbed at 3am by loud conversations in the corridor. On the plus side, it was in a really beautiful, quiet, out of the way place....

"Ich habe das Hotel vor allem wegen der guten Lage gebucht. Die Fußgängerzone Lüneburgs ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein öffentliches Parkhaus (Höchstpreis pro Tag 15 Euro) ist auch zu Fuß vom Hotel gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Allerdings war das Zimmer ziemlich klein. Das Bett stand mit der einen Seite direkt an der Wand unter einer Dachschräge. Man musste über das Fußende hinein krabbeln. "Property is located over 3 buildings and this means there is a bit of explanation required. We checked in at one building, breakfast was in another and our room in another. We had misunderstood where check out was, probably due to language differences, and it wasn't the same as check in. My only concern was that while our building door was locked on arrival for security, other guests kept propping the door open. "
