"I highly recommend this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Popular restaurant with the locals and you can see why!"

"Beautiful location. The balcony with the room offers great views"

"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"Lovely place, very unique! Very convenient for walking around, close to lifts/trails and close to bus stop. Breakfast was good. Very friendly for families and kids!"

"The hotel staff were fantastic and super helpful. The bed in room 8 was comfy! The best amenity was the spa facility and the breakfast was super nice too. Many thanks for the dinner recommendation too to the Sagibeiz local restaurant as the food there was very good! The train to and from Zurich was very easy too."

"Fabulous location & view with very good breakfast. "

"Nice room, comfy bed and pillows, great breakfast but a little confusing for the a la carte. Quite liked the room to play cards in after hours"

"I haven’t seen any staff, this is a self check place, looks like a school dorm converted into a hotel."

"It was great. Love the location."

"All in all, we liked this place. It’s a little weird with multiple access points and elevators - it was quite expensive considering it is the off-season and there seemed to be few people staying in the hotel. But the inside pool and sauna were nice, the restaurant was excellent and the rooms were cute for a ski town. However, we paid extra for the Mountain View but no one mentioned that it’s right on the street so our third floor room was very loud. (Traffic shockingly started at 4am!) I would...

"Not a lot going on in the town while I was there, but reasonable priced rooms and friendly staff. "

"Great place - self check was relatively easy."

"Clean room and great staff"

"Very nice hotel, smart, comfortable rooms & very helpful staff"

"Unique location"

"Very good hotel and location "

"Amazing!"

"The hotel is located conveniently within walking distance from the station. The room was clean and free coffee and croissants were also nice. The only confusing part was how to get into the hotel since it’s located on the upper floors of a shopping mall. After the mall closed it took us a few minutes to locate the entrance. But overall it was a great stay."
