"Very good location, really a good hotel experience. But we did have a short outage, so no TV or internet and one of the lamps in the room did not work And there was no replacement offered"

"Property was good, clean room and comfortable beds. Only hiccup was the bathroom amenities. The shampoo/conditioner set was empty and off the rack. Normally, not an issue as I usually have my own, but had forgotten it and was depending on hotel supplies. Overall, not a big deal. I mentioned it when we checked out. Otherwise, this was a good place to stay."

"The staff was excellent from check in to check out. Arun set the standard and Eliza topped it off. I was 2 minutes late to breakfast and they allowed me to fix a plate and even brought the milk back out for me. I know they easily could have said that breakfast was over at 9am but they didn't. My room was clean and cold, which was great! Thank you!"
