"When I arrived they told me that there was no water in the building so all reservations were cancelled. I had to stay in another hotel. I hope I get reimbursed for the charge since I couldn’t stay at the Hyatt."

"We stayed in the room in the apex of the triangle. The square footage is reduced by poles supporting the overhead loft bed and a tv that juts out from the wall. It’s like the place is booby trapped. The only storage is under the loft bed so plan on smacking your head at least once until you learn to keep squatting and ducking. The water from the shower trickles into the floor. It gets slippery. "Stayed here for an event at United Center. Great location although we ended up driving there because we had a child with us but it is walkable. Clean rooms. Free breakfast with large selection and staff kept the area well stocked and very clean! No issues with parking but staff advised that we use the parking lot in back for security since we had a BMW. Swimming pool was small but clean and warm. We would definitely stay here again! "

"I appreciate the welcoming staff and the atmosphere of the public spaces. Rooms can seem a bit worn but are comfortable. I love the extra in-room minibar spaces! Ask for an inside room if you’d rather not listen to the garbage truck outside your window."

The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! "This time, I stayed in the Blue Room, which shares two bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and living space with 2 other bedrooms. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be fine. I only encountered one other guest during my overnight stay and it was very quiet (with the exception of typical urban noise outside, which doesn't bother me at all). My only complaint was the bedroom door - there's a deadbolt AND a chain lock, but there's a small gap between the door and the side jamb that...
