"Everything as described. Comfortable apartment, close to station and very clean. For Tokyo this is a big space, has a washing machine and utensils for cooking. Communication with the owner was clear. Its a tranquil neighborhood and good if you dont have to conmute to central tokyo on a rush and want to experience a more authentic japanese way of living. "

"We had electrical issues and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we were accommodated and gave us extension cords. The hotel is located right next to a train station that takes you in to Central Tokyo in about 30-40 minutes. It is also beside a FamilyMart convenience store and a grocery store and a great 24hr restaurant."

"Train station is just round the corner. Takes about an hour to get to Shinjuku. A quiet place despite it being located next to the rail tracks. Good, and wonderful buffet breakfast. Staff has no problem with English. Will come stay again."

" Fresa is an excellent hotel, particularly for the value. It's just 2-3 blocks from the east entrance of Kashiwa station. Head down the escalator and it is to the left in the street just past Yoshinora noodle shop. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast service is good.
