"The hot tub was broken. We had to pay for parking. No free coffee. No free breakfast. Our room looked to the roof. The bunkbed was wobble. Top that off with a $45 resort fee. We could have have stayed at Disney and been better taken care of. We will never stay here again. "

"We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. "The most positive aspect of the hotel is it seems rather new, well built and is very quiet. The room was clean, temperature control was great and in room tv/entertainment also great. Staff is friendly and helpful.

"Omg- i under estimated this place, is smaller than your usual hotel but vevy cozy, super clean, i mean super clean everywhere, well kept, staff was very polite, willing to help, pool and jacuzzi was well kept. "So many issues with our room, most importantly the main door that wouldn't lock and would allow anyone to walk in without a key. Room in general and mattress were very dirty, lights didn't work, etc. Staff seemed to not be very motivated to get the items remedied. Hilton Honors text concierge was pretty unresponsive for most of the stay. Wife was very disappointed and stated we won't be staying at Hilton DoubleTree properties in the future."
