"The rooms are like a Motel 6. Crickets in bathroom. Stains on linens. The pool was very dirty with trash in it. Disappointed, but our fault for booking. Motel 6 would have been cheaper and same experience. (Although We never stay there) and will pay the extra to stay somewhere where we can at least swim in the pool. đđ"

"The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a âpremierâ room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The âshowerâ was a cloth wrap around a free standing tubâaway from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....

"I liked that it didn't have a hotel feel. I didn't see staff but I also liked that.The room had everything you needed. It had more of a private feel than your usual hotel. "This place is fabulous! Location, amenities, common grounds are beautiful. Our room was outdated. They have slapped some paint on it to make it look better but doors, fixtures, and bathrooms show signs of many years of wear and tear. At the end of the day that didnât matter. The beds were comfortable, the staff is helpful and polite. Food was delicious, drinks were great. Overall we would go back any time."
