It was no ones fault and they immediately responded. You can't ask for anything else! I was completely satisfied with their response "

"Nice room, pretty spacious, clean, big bathroom. Mattress was comfy. Public spaces were nice as well. Also had a small shop for snacks and some necessities. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again."
