They made us wait over an hour past check in time and now I’m dealing with being double charged. Front desk at check in was super unapologetic at the long delay.

Likes-clean room, comfortable bed, and decent breakfast. Dislikes-stayed here despite being a little out of our way because the pool looked decent, but it is out of order which should be stated when booking, noisy, heater could not maintain a temperature and was either way too hot or cold, and being woke up at 9:17am by housekeeping despite having sign on the door

This is the third time we have stayed here. Always a good experience. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, beds are SUPER comfy, and breakfast is really good. Will stay here again when in the area.

Awesome stay
Absolutely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Check in was fast , the lady checking us in was friendly and informative. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Breakfast was delicious and warm. Breakfast area was spacious.

Very good stay
New property, sparkling clean, room was comfortable, USB ports throughout. Easy access from US 50. Staff was friendly, breakfast pretty good (the HIE cinnamon rolls are always a must for us). Would definitely stay again.

The biggest reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool which has been closed for awhile for maintenance. No notice. Everything else for great, breakfast was better than anticipated.

Always a great stay
This is our second time staying in the Holiday Inn Express in Warrensburg. They stay was very pleasant. Hotel was super clean and the staff was great. Lots of choices for breakfast, but it was just ok. Overall, we enjoyed staying there and plan on going back again in June.

It was a great experience. Everything was, and smelled, so clean. The bedding was super comfy, as were the mattress and pillows. The only reason I'm not giving a 10 out 10 is because the shower curtain was missing & we were forced to take a shower w/out it; however, when we were checking out, I told the desk attendant and she was very apologetic, stating that I could have called & they would've sent one up immediately. I just hadn't thought of that haha So it's on me. Very hospitable attendants, friendly, very clean and comfortable environment, and I loved the black out shades as well.
