"The room wasn’t as clean as most Sonesta’s I have stayed in and there was holes in the furniture the pull out mattress was stained and my daughter was not comfortable sleeping on it so we had to share the bed"

"As a housekeeper myself, this place was dirty. I had to clean my own room. It was rose petals in my room under the room in the couch bed. Sauce on the wall. Hallways dirty, rails in the elevator came off when my mom held it. Dog poop in the hallway. It was terrible. The staff was good tho. I told them to hire me and I’ll show them how to detail clean and more."

"This was the most lovely hotel I've ever stayed at. Loved those 1920's vibes. The bee's knees. The cat's meow. Etc. I could've lived in my room forever. They keep everything clean, friendly and safe. AND it was the most quiet hotel! Absolutely loved that too. I enjoyed some of the fun extras in the room. Would definitely stay again. 10/10 highly recommend."
