"The resort was great and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. The only downside was transportation if you weren't using the water taxi. The signs for the shuttle bus were easy to miss and left is wondering if we were in the right place at first. "

"Bare bones hotel with clueless staff. Keys didn't work the first time, so we hauled our luggage back down stairs and ALL THE WAY back to the front of the property to ask for another set. Spoiler: They gave us keys to someone else's room, and thank goodness their security lock was being used. We attempted to enter the room 2 separate times with 2 separate sets of keys until a maintenance man accompanied us and then knocked loud enough (at midnight) to wake up the poor soul that was sleeping. Imagine if we had entered and he'd been carrying for self defense?! They offered us nothing for the inconvenience of lugging out things all over the property in the middle of the night and potentially creating a very dangerous situation for us. I would never stay at this property again. "

"This place was really nice, with the newly renovated rooms. While there, we can tell that the owners took great care in making sure the place looks attractive and pleasing to those that stay there. New plants were being installed around the pool area. "

"Nice overall. A little dated but was ok for our stay. Staff at check in was great. Staff cleaning rooms and helping in the buildings were oblivious to guests. Would walk in front if guests to get on and off the elevator, blacking the walkways with carts. Carts were being used in elevators for guests, but overall they too were nice but you had to be the first to say hello or acknowledge them. We tried to keep todays climate in mind and know how some people treat others, so we were nice and once we showed our politeness they were polite back. "

"Overall it was a good stay. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Shout out to the older Asian looking gentleman (wasn’t able to get his name), our server at Sunshine cafe. He was probably the best server we’ve ever had. Food at the restaurants are just ok. They are, in my opinion quite pricey. The hotel is old. Our door won’t shut all the way. Sink was clogged but the got it fixed immediately. Shuttle service to the theme parks was great. If you missed the shuttle, you can walk to the park and back to the hotel. We will definitely stay there again."

"Only good thing about this place is that it’s close by to many things . But do not book this place , building is old . Found roaches in my room , loud music in the pool with drunk people dancing and hogging the pool as if they own the place . Weekend proved to be full of ratchet rats . Waterpark is fun for kids but do not stay here unless you want a roach infested room . Night staff at the front were very professional when addressing a problem. But morning staff could care less they stare at you like seeing roaches is normal here . I won’t stay here again . "
