"nice enough, but a little expensive for the quality level of everything. And then when I came at 11pm the desk manager wouldn't even let me through the sliding doors till I told him my name and he made sure I had a reservation. So he left me standing there till he figured it out. That was pretty controlling and rude..."

"The staff was amazing! The room was clean and comfy! We ate at The Crossing on site.
Awesome menu food was excellent. We checked out and they still allowed us to use the Pool. Worth every penny!"

"The room was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful. They received flowers and placed them in the room before our arrival. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked immaculate. Some of the slots looked pretty dated, but the rest were current and the table games were good looking and busy. Close to Roger Williams Park Zoo for a great day out."
