"First, the staff here are excellent. Really helpful and kind and friendly. From the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff. They were all wonderful. The decor is nice, the grounds are well kept, the location is great. The only fault (and I get that this is a big one) was that there is a deep musty odor in the rooms. After a while you get used to it, but it seems like there is something going on that the company needs to address. This isn't something that the staff onsite...

"My stay was ruined by the smell of body odor in the bedding. Either someone who smelled, slept in the bedding before me or the laundering service is unable to clean bod-odor out of the bedding material. I checked in at 11:30pm and wasn’t going to say anything about it at that point. It ruined my stay "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean through out the whole Hotel. Breakfast was good but a little high priced. Pancakes where wonderful! The hotel was not our type of hotel. Lights where very dime through the hotel and our room. It is an old factory made into an Hotel. To much concrete and very plain. We are in our 70's not out type of Hotel. If ou like that look then I would reamend it. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to the team for their communication—the carpet had been cleaned right before we arrived and was still slightly damp, but they called ahead to check if we were okay with it and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast had minimal options, but the quality was still very good and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience...

"Air conditioner sounded like an 18 wheeler engine all night. The room was okay, sheets weren’t very clean. They refused to provide us with a fitted sheet for the pull out couch. Pillow cases were dirty, extra sheets had cigarette holes in them. The breakfast selection was very minimal, and the coffee was disgusting. The pool water was not very clean. "

"Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area."

"I stayed for a weekend getaway and was looking for peace and comfort. I’m so happy to say that I received both at this property. My suite was so quiet and comfortable and also clean with updated kitchen and bathroom amenities that were very nice. Housekeeping was also very accommodating and kind as well as the front desk staff. I plan to book another stay here and highly recommended to anyone. "
