"We have stayed at most of the nice resorts in Bermuda but what separates this property from the others is not just the beachfront pink sand beach with no shuttle needed but that it is a family run business. It really makes a difference. It is not corporate at all - it feels very personable. The owners are very present and very friendly and really go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and are having a good time.
We had an issue where the room below us had a bunch of chain smokers....

"Not a 5* hotel but it was everything it advertised and thus gave it 5*. I was not disappointed. It’s an older hotel that’s been updated. I was happy with the room. Great ocean view and left balcony doors open for the breeze. Ate at the restaurant for lunch, good. Used the beach, lovely. Walked to nearby grocery store, handy. Used the Bermuda college gym beside the hotel (small and dated but had all the weight equipment I needed). There are bus stops in walking distance. Taxis in to town were...

"Wow! I’m a traveler. I have visited hundreds of hotels. I can count on one hand the number of hotels that are wow. I felt the staff and management wanted me and my family to have a good time. The views are beautiful, the rooms are nice, and for golf lovers, the course is great.
