"If you like outward windows ask for them. There’s a lot of interior rooms with two entry doors both to the inside of the hotel. It’s a clean, functional and friendly place. I wouldn’t walk around outside much after twilight though, cars don’t even drive much after dark. All that said, daylight walking and people were great, it’s close to everywhere and a secure hotel. "

"We really appreciated the eraly check-in. The hotel was in a good walking distance from Union Station. The room was clean besides a spot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. The only let down was the website indicated the property had a pool but NO pool on site :( Also, we had to pay $15 to park on-site and was told to park in the rear of the building because they were chardging folks $30 to park in the parking lot due to a local event. "This is a lovely hotel where I had a wonderful stay in 2019. The hotel is still the same lovely building, and the staff are warm and accommodating and helpful. The disappointment was that the hotel was undergoing a change in ownership when we were there and there had been a kitchen fire so both the memorable bar service and excellent food were missing. I enjoyed the stay anyway but was disappointed about these matters. "
