"Great rooms and remodeled, modern look. Staff was very nice abe helpful. Our room AC did not work and it got super stuffy in there overnight. Our son ended up waking up about 2 hours early since he and all of us were uncomfortable. Noticed the sliding glass door has a lower window at the bottom after the fact that we could have opened to likely help that, vs opening the whole door and letting in a bunch of light. Would stay here again. Prime location!!"

"My family and I love this hotel and plan to come here regularly. The only complaint we have is about the housekeeping. Not their cleaning-that’s great-but the pushback we got when we asked for help. The outer walkways are narrow, and it’s extremely difficult to navigate a luggage cart through if they need to pass anything. Housekeeping refused to move their cleaning cart into the room they were working on, or back toward the elevators where the walls would open up. When my friend asked for help, she was told simply that’s where they were working on, and that’s where their equipment would be. This would’ve been irritating rather than a big issue if I weren’t disabled and unable to stand stationary without significant worsening of symptoms. My friend had to basically disassemble our luggage cart and carry it piece by piece past the housekeeping cart, trying to move fast enough to prevent me from fainting. We’re still going to be back. We still love this hotel. But I’m not participating in getting our belongings to the car in the future."

"Always a great hotel to stay at. Free breakfast is different every day. Some gluten free and dairy free options. Refrigerator in the room. Dog friendly. "

"This was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at in Ocean Shores. It was a bit more expensive than other hotels here, but worth it. My only disappointment was being required to empty all the garbage cans in the suite and dispose of prior to leaving. I understand cleaning the dishes we used, but dealing with garbage seemed a bit tacky esp for the price we paid. Regardless, I would probably stay here again."

"I'm not sure how to review this hotel. We had gone out of our way to stay there since the pictures looked good and it was oceanfront. The positives: a wonderful big pool and hot tub, ocean views and can walk down stairs to the beach, friendly staff, extras like a bathrobe, nice soap, etc. The negatives: Our ocean view room was really old, I will try to attach pictures, but the doors, carpet, wood paneling... yikes. Pool hours (pool is across the street) were 10-8 for families, so we got in late and only had 15 minutes, they dont open in time for you to swim before checking out. There were holes in the ceiling tiles and the toilet wasn't secured, couldn't lock the bathroom door, and the traffic was really loud overnight. Why is the restaurant so fancy? $40-60/pp seems out of place and made us scramble to find something around there. Unless they did a big renovation i wouldn't stay there again, I cant give it more than 3 stars. :-("

"Ocean View Room was great could see the sunset and ocean waves in the distance. Cookies in the office area. Christina at the front desk so helpful and had anwsers for our needs. Hotel is in a perfect location for beach access."
