"Breakfast was very underwhelming. Everything tasted microwaved. The room we booked claimed to be a suite but was only one room and very small. Luckily we didn't need to spend much time at the hotel. The pool was pretty pathetic. It felt more like they put in a pool because they had to, but because they wanted to provide one for their guests. Parking was abysmal. $19/night is robbery. The parking garage was shared with the bank nearby and the spots filled up quickly on weekdays. We chose the hotel over others for the breakfast and alleged suite. We felt mislead about both. Would NOT stay at this hotel again."

"Ran out of several things ( yogurt, milk, etc) with over an hour left for service time. Mentioned milk was empty to wait staff but never was refilled. Families with children still were coming in & no milk?"

"The bedframes in our room were not sturdy. So sharing a bed made it difficult to stay asleep due to movement would wiggle the whole bed. I would recommend better bedframes. They do not have the ability to control the temperature in your room. And no window unit. So it was too hot for me even with 2 fans i brought with me. I stayed here a year ago and the temperature was an issue then as well. Check in is the easiest process ever. The after hours code to get into the building sent to me via email was incorrect but once I got in and got my envelope with my room information the correct code was listed on there. The hotel is cool vintage hotel/apartments so people do live there. The rooftop view to hang out is really cool. The view is AMAZING. The workers there are all very nice and will go above and beyond. The rooms are very nice. I do recommend the hotel and would return. Only wish that I could control my own room temperature. Recommend window units or ones similar to other hotels. "

"Stayed 3 nights and everything was good. Breakfast was great! Eggs and sausage. Toaster was a little slow. Lol. I will stay here again next time I am in Tulsa. "

"the toilet didn't work properly. The drawers on the dresser would not stay shut. The pillows were tiny. We did not feel safe outside of hotel."

"Wonderful staff. Fresh coffee in the morning. Comfortable beds. They are renovating so some parts are still outdated but you can't beat the location for convenience to the airport."

"Was awakened by the security guard banging on our neighbors door over and over saying open up open up then there was an alarm that kept going off over and over and over it smelt like cigarette smoke. It was fairly clean, but it had a little bit of damage to the room, my son went out to get in the hot tub, and there was no one out there, and he was told to leave. There was no signage saying the hours of the hot tub since we were awake so early he decided to go get in the hot tub about 8 o’clock in the morning. The security guard came down and said you gotta get out the hot tub doesn’t open till nine, but there was no signage. It was a terrible experience."
