"This property has an ongoing bug issue that is not being addressed properly. I have had crews staying at this property for a few months now, the third floor where the kitchenettes are seem to be the only floor that doesn't currently have a bug issue. We have addressed it numerous times with the staff and the crews are moved to other rooms temporarily. "The entire experience was terrible. The first room had a cigarette butt stuck in the perphole in the door and floor was filthy. Fridge and AC did not work and was during August heat. Moved me to another room...fridge did not work, moved me to 3rd room...AC did not work very well. Tried to cancel remaining 3 nights of reservation and they refused to refund funds. Reported to Chamber of Commerce. Do not stay there!!!"
